One Primary 7 pupil decides it's not that cold and takes the plunge into the sea after a canoe lesson.
While the rest of Scotland was shivering in the snow we were enjoying beautiful weather in Oban.

After the Christmas holidays, my class went to Kilbowie Outdoor Centre, near OBAN on the West Coast of Scotland. Here, in Gartcosh, it was snowing.........had been since before Christmas, but the weather was fine for the week we were away-though it was very, very cold- as low as -15 degrees during the night!
During their stay, the children took part in a variety of activities - e.g. skiing, kayaking, hillwalking etc.
