BUSY BUSY BUSY!

Since returning from that wonderful meeting in Turkey, there's been hardly a minute to spare!

At the moment, I have a post-graduate student and have been busy testing the pupils and starting on reports.

There's a lot to be done before the children transfer to Secondary School.

This weekend Friday-Monday is the May Bank Holiday and the school will be closed.

This week we had our Annual Sports Day and the theme was the World Cup..............even though our National Team won't be at the finals in South Africa, we all enjoy our football over here!

Back Safe and Well

Collette and I went back to St. Barbara's today after a really memorable meeting in Golcuk.

The Blog will be updated about the trip ASAP.................... we are really tired -but totally positive about this Comenius Project!

PUTTING ON THE EYES WAS A DIFFICULT TASK- The children were trying to give their toys some emotion- happy faces, angry faces etc

LOTS OF DIFFERENT COLOURS OF FELT WAS USED.

MAKING EGYPTIAN MASKS with PRIMARY 6

Mrs. McGeady's PRIMARY SIX class made Egyptian Pharoahs' Masks as part of their topic on Ancient Egypt. As you can see a lot of work had to be done planning before the masks were started. It was quite messy but really enjoyable.
